Production Operator

About the job

As an operator, you keep an eye on the production process and make sure the machines run safely and smoothly. You check quality, progress, and technical issues as you go. You work a 5-shift rotation, an average of 33.6 hours per week.

What you'll do

• operate and monitor production machines
• follow the production process and keep track of progress
• refill machines with raw materials
• check product quality
• spot and fix small faults
• adjust machines when something is off
• log events during production
• suggest ideas to improve processes
• keep your work area clean and safe
• work together with your shift team

What we ask

• thinking and working level of MBO 2 (Dutch vocational qualification, level 2)
• a completed MBO 2 diploma is a plus
• technical ability and quick understanding of processes
• willing to work a 5-shift rotation
• accurate and responsible in your work
• interest in machines and production processes
• open to learning new tasks
• experience with machines or in production is a bonus, but not required if you have a solid technical base and learn fast
