You work at a modern production facility in Zwolle. Every day you work with products that have a real impact on people's lives. You work in a 5-shift rotation on advanced production lines. There is a clear path to grow from assistant operator to independent multi-skilled operator.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production lines to keep the process running smoothly
• Check that the production process meets quality and safety standards
• Adjust machine settings when there are deviations or faults
• Carry out quality checks and report issues to the shift manager
• Change over and clean machines when switching products, and keep your workstation tidy

What we ask

• Full availability to work in a 5-shift rotation
• A thinking and working level of MBO 3 (intermediate vocational education) or equivalent
• An interest in technology, machines, and production processes
• Accuracy and a sense of responsibility
• You live within 40 minutes of Zwolle

What we offer

• A salary of €3,200 to €3,800 gross per month, including an annual bonus and shift allowances
• A contract directly with the client (Abbott)
• A 5-shift schedule with an average working week of 34 hours
• An annual bonus of 8.33% and vakantiegeld (holiday pay) of 8.33%, both paid in May
• Travel cost reimbursement from 6 km, up to €15.00 per day
