About the job

As an operator, you work on advanced production lines in a modern facility. You operate and monitor machines, make adjustments when needed, and keep the production process running smoothly. The client is an international healthcare organisation in Zwolle that develops and produces products aimed at helping people live longer and better lives.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor machines on the production line
• Make adjustments to the production process when needed
• Carry out quality checks
• Report deviations to the team leader
• Work with other operators and the technical department to solve breakdowns and improve processes
• Change over and clean machines when switching products
• Keep the work environment safe, efficient, and clean

What we ask

• Full availability for a 5-shift rotation
• MBO 3 (Dutch vocational qualification, intermediate level) or an equivalent level of thinking and working
• Interest in technology and production processes
• Accuracy and a sense of responsibility
• Living within 40 minutes of Zwolle

What we offer

• Salary from €3,200 to €3,800 gross per month, including shift allowance and annual bonus
• A permanent contract with the client, with job security and stability
• 5-shift rotation with an average of 34 hours per week
• 8.33% annual bonus and 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory extra payment in the Netherlands) paid in May
• Travel cost reimbursement from 6 km, up to €15.00 per day
