Production Operator

About the job

You work at a production and logistics site that handles fresh meat products for large Dutch supermarket chains. Products are stored, processed and prepared for shipment in a refrigerated environment. Quality, hygiene and food safety come first here. You join a close team where people help each other. At the start, you get a fixed buddy who walks you through the work step by step.

What you'll do

• You operate and monitor your own cutting line and keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
• You carry out quality checks and work according to HACCP guidelines.
• You fix first-level faults yourself or call in a technician when needed.
• You take an active part in improving processes and help keep production on track.
• You work a 2-shift schedule:

Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:30

Afternoon shift: 14:30 - 23:00

• Saturday work is possible and pays 150% of your normal rate.

• Salary from €3,000 to €3,200 gross per month, including a 14% shift allowance.
