Production Operator, 2-shift

About the job

You work in a team where people help each other. During your introduction period, you have a fixed mentor who walks you through the work step by step, so you get a good grip on all tasks.

What you'll do

• You operate and monitor your cutting line and keep production running smoothly
• You carry out quality checks and work according to HACCP standards
• You fix first-level faults on your own or together with a mechanic
• You think about improvements and help keep the production process running well

You work a 2-shift schedule

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:30
• Afternoon shift: 14:30 - 23:00

Working on Saturdays is also possible, with a pay rate of 150%.

What we ask

• Experience in a similar operator role is a plus
• Available to work in a 2-shift schedule
• Able to solve problems independently
• Eye for quality and committed to following production standards
