Production Operator / 3-shift

About the job

You work as a production operator at a nut snack factory in Bergschenhoek. You work directly on the production line, operate modern packaging machines, and make sure products meet the required quality standards.

What you'll do

• Operate packaging machines
• Carry out quality checks on products
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Troubleshoot and fix faults to keep production running
• Keep your workspace clean and tidy
• Work with the team to reach daily production targets

You work full-time in a 3-shift rotation, Monday to Friday. Shift times:

• Morning: 06:00 – 14:45
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:45
• Night: 22:00 – 06:45

Weekend work is sometimes required. You receive an extra allowance for this.

What we ask

• Some experience in production, preferably in the food industry or as an operator
• Ability to operate packaging machines and solve technical faults
• Good command of English
• Willingness to work in a fast-changing environment and adapt quickly
• Accuracy and reliability in your work

What we offer

• Pay from €18.55 gross per hour (advertised rates: €18.88 – €19.78 gross per hour)
• Shift allowance: +14% for a 2-shift system or +19% for a 3-shift system
• Weekend allowances: +30% on Saturdays, +100% on public holidays
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a standard Dutch allowance on top of your salary) of 8%
• Full-time contract (38–40 hours per week)
