Production Operator

About the job

As a production operator, you keep the production line running. You set up machines, monitor the production process, and respond to breakdowns. You work a 2-shift schedule: morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00 and evening shift from 21:00 to 06:00. Together with your colleagues, you keep the workplace safe and the product quality high.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and adjust production machines
• Detect and fix faults
• Carry out maintenance tasks and small technical repairs
• Guide and support colleagues at the production line
• Check the quality of potato products
• Work according to health, safety, and hygiene rules

What we ask

• Available full-time
• Willing to work a 2-shift schedule
• Experience in a production environment
• Interest in the food industry
• Own transport or living within cycling distance of Hedel
• Accurate and safety-conscious
• A team player who keeps the production line tidy

What we offer

• Salary from €2,600 to €3,000 gross per month, excluding allowances
• Shift allowance
• 25 days of annual leave based on full-time hours
• Vakantiegeld (holiday allowance) of 8.33%, a statutory extra payment on top of your salary
