Production Operator

About the job

You work as an Operator on a production line near Bladel. Your job is to keep production running smoothly and respond to what's needed on the shop floor.

The schedule is a 2-shift rotation

• Morning shift: 5 days, 06:00–14:30
• Evening shift: 4 days, 14:00–23:00, Friday off

What you'll do

• Set up, operate and change over production machines
• Fix minor breakdowns
• Carry out quality checks and handle the related paperwork
• Monitor production, delivery deadlines and quality
• Make sure the shift handover goes properly
• Process customer orders according to the production plan

What we ask

• Experience as an Operator or Production Worker, or a genuine motivation to learn the trade
• Willing to work a 2-shift schedule
• Good command of Dutch or English
• A technical mindset and an interest in production machines
• Experience in a production environment is a plus

What we offer

• Salary from €2,700 to €3,500 gross per month based on 36 hours per week
• Shift allowance of 18.89%
• Average of 36 working hours per week
• On the evening shift, your weekend starts Thursday evening
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre
• 25 vacation days per year
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a mandatory annual bonus in the Netherlands) of 8.33%
