Composites Production Operator

About the job

You work in the production of composite parts made from carbon fibre and fibreglass. You make light and strong components for medical devices, vehicles and other high-tech applications.

What you'll do

• You prepare fibres, moulds, tools and materials before the shift starts
• You build and produce composite parts following work instructions
• You process and finish completed parts and check them for dimensions and quality
• You operate machines and hand tools used in the production process
• You report any deviations to your supervisor or the quality department and record the work you have done

What we ask

• Experience in production, assembly, engineering or plastics processing is a plus, but not required. A practical attitude and a willingness to learn matter most
• You work accurately and carefully, follow instructions and pay attention to quality
• You speak Dutch or English, you are fully available during day shifts, you have your own transport (the location is hard to reach by public transport) and you can provide a recent certificate of good conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag) before you start
