Production Operator

Work independently and keep the process running.

As an operator, you make sure that different tasks in the production process are done safely and carefully. You work with experienced colleagues and have the space to learn your role properly.

What you'll do

• Carry out technical production work
• Prepare and process materials
• Check that work follows the correct procedure
• Work with technical tools and equipment
• Keep the workplace clean and safe
• Report problems and discuss them with colleagues
• Help make sure the shift handover goes smoothly

At the end of your shift, you know exactly what you contributed: a safe and smooth production process that the next shift can continue straight away.

• Gross hourly rate from €17.65 to €21.36, depending on experience
• Shift allowance in line with applicable rules
• 5% ADV (reduced working hours allowance) added to your pay
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a legal annual bonus on top of your salary)
• 27 days of holiday at full-time hours
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre

What we ask

Technical thinking is your strength.

For this role, we are mainly looking for someone who likes hands-on work and takes responsibility.

• You have a training background or thinking level at MBO (Dutch intermediate vocational education) level
• Experience as an operator or in production is a plus
• You understand technical processes
• You work accurately and safely
• You are available for a 3-shift schedule
• You have a working knowledge of Dutch
• You work well with colleagues
