Production Operator Trainee - Shift Work (5 Shifts)

About the job

This position is a structured development programme that takes you step by step toward the role of operator in a production environment in Heerde. You start hands-on straight away and get to know the production process before your official training begins. The client produces dishwasher tablets using modern production lines.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production lines
• Detect and solve deviations in the production process
• Work together with the production team
• Build your technical understanding of the processes

The programme works like this

• Introductory talk: we discuss your ambitions, level and conditions
• Orientation: we find the right role and path for you
• Assessment: we look at your technical ability and learning skills
• Job interview: meetings and agreeing on employment conditions
• Start: you begin hands-on straight away
• After about 3 months: official operator training starts

• Interest in technology and production processes
• A genuine wish to learn and a deliberate choice for a training path
• The ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Availability to work a five-shift rotation
• A vocational qualification (MBO, Dutch vocational education) or experience in production is a plus, but not required. Motivation and potential are what matter most
