Production Operator

About the job

As an operator, you are responsible for your entire production line. You set up the machines, monitor the process, and act when something goes wrong.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and adjust production machines
• Change over machines when switching products
• Monitor the production process
• Identify and fix minor technical faults
• Call in colleagues from the technical department when extra support is needed
• Carry out quality checks on finished products
• Record important production data
• Work according to health, safety, and quality standards
• Keep your workstation clean and tidy
• Take an active part in improving daily processes

• Ability to spot deviations from the standard on your own
• Active attitude when solving problems
• Focus on quality and safe working
• Willingness to work in different production conditions
• Sufficient command of English
• Experience as an operator or in production is a plus, but not always required
