Cheese Production Operator

About the job

You work in cheese production at a modern facility in Lutjewinkel. You operate automated systems and keep an eye on quality and safety, both from the control room and on the production floor.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor automated production systems and adjust process settings
• Carry out process checks (CCP) and analyse samples to ensure quality
• Detect and fix minor faults and record data accurately in production documentation
• Supervise technicians during maintenance work and keep the workplace safe
• Take part in projects to optimise processes and improve line efficiency

What we ask

• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in food or process industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP
• You are precise, able to make decisions on your own and willing to work a five-shift schedule

What we offer

• Gross salary from €3,787 to €4,200 per month, including shift allowance
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Five-shift schedule with a fixed timetable
• Annual bonus of 5%, paid with every salary
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre
• Vakantiegeld (holiday allowance) of 8%
• Employment conditions equal to those of directly employed staff, including days off, allowances and other pay components
