Technical Operator 3 Shifts

About the job

As a technical operator, you keep the machines running smoothly and reliably. You monitor the production process, support daily work on the shop floor, and respond to technical breakdowns. You work around 36 hours a week in a 3-shift rotation.

What you'll do

• start up and set production machines
• check and adjust machine settings
• monitor the production process
• connect and control the supply of raw materials
• carry out quality checks
• check products for dimensions and weight
• detect and fix technical faults
• help with minor repairs
• safely shut down and prepare installations for standstill
• make sure the shift handover to the next team goes smoothly

What we ask

• MBO (Dutch intermediate vocational education) level of thinking or a completed MBO diploma is a plus
• experience in a production environment is an advantage
• a technical mindset and a practical approach to problem-solving
• willing to work in a 3-shift system
• accurate and aware of safety rules
• takes responsibility for assigned tasks
• able to work well with colleagues on the shift
