Technical Operator

About the job

As a technical operator in Ede, you are responsible for a stable and efficient production process. You work full-time in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 and 14:15–22:45) and keep production running smoothly together with your team.

What you'll do

• Check installations and review the production plan at the start of each shift
• Operate and adjust production lines
• Set up installations and monitor the process from raw material to finished product
• Carry out visual inspections and record quality data
• Analyse and fix first-line faults quickly, working with the technical department when needed
• Coordinate product changeovers and keep the work environment safe and clean
• Respond to process deviations and make corrections straight away
• Take part in improving production processes
• Work with colleagues to get the best performance from the whole team

What we ask

• MBO 3/4 level education (Dutch vocational qualification) or equivalent experience
• Completed technical training, for example VAPRO A/B, process technology or similar
• Experience as an operator or process operator in a production environment
• Technical knowledge of mechanics and basic electrical engineering
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
