Technical Operator

About the job

As a Technical Operator, you make sure machines and production processes run safely and smoothly. You monitor production, carry out checks, and act when something goes wrong.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and check production machines
• Change over and adjust machines when switching products
• Monitor the production process and correct it when needed
• Carry out quality checks
• Spot and fix minor technical faults
• Support maintenance and repair work
• Record production data
• Keep the workplace safe and clean
• Work with colleagues to improve processes

What we ask

• Completed technical education at MBO 3 level
• Experience in a production environment is a plus
• Technical insight and hands-on knowledge of machines
• Willing to work in a 5-shift rotation
• Good with computers and digital systems
• You work independently and carefully
• You think in solutions and like working in a team
• Safety and quality come first for you
