Building Maintenance Worker

About the job

You do maintenance, repair and renovation work in residential and commercial buildings near Rosmalen. The work covers a wide range of building tasks. You need to work independently and have solid experience in the trade.

What you'll do

• Carry out maintenance and repair work in buildings
• Do technical inspections and assess the condition of buildings
• Fix building defects: plastering, bricklaying, carpentry, floors
• Small installation work (plumbing, electrical) as part of maintenance
• Deal with residents or building users while working on site
• Record completed work and report results to your supervisor
• Keep the workplace tidy and safe

What we ask

• Experience in building work, renovation or maintenance
• Vocational training in construction (MBO level 2 or higher, Dutch vocational qualification) or equivalent experience
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for construction and industry) is a plus
• Category B driving licence
• Able to work independently and organise your own work
• Basic English or Dutch for work communication

What we offer

• Pay from 16.00 to 20.00 EUR gross per hour, depending on experience
• Employment contract with possibility of extension
• Full time
• Day shifts
