Quality Control Employee Logistics

About the job

As a quality control employee, you play an important role in the logistics process. You are responsible for inspecting incoming aircraft parts before they are accepted into stock. You work Monday to Friday, mainly between 08:00 and 16:30. This is a temporary position for one year at an international organisation in the aviation logistics sector in Alphen aan den Rijn.

What you'll do

• Inspect incoming parts for quality and quantity
• Check airworthiness documentation and certificates
• Detect and record non-conformities
• Enter inspection results into systems
• Work together with colleagues in the warehouse and logistics department
• Work according to quality and safety guidelines
• Take part in improving and optimising processes
• Support the introduction of new logistics processes and systems

What we ask

• Accurate and detail-oriented way of working
• Willing to do physical work when needed
• Certificate for reach truck and forklift
• Good knowledge of MS Office and other computer programmes
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Ability to provide a VOG (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag, a certificate of good conduct issued by the Dutch government)
