Window and Door Factory Worker

About the job

The client makes high-quality wooden windows, doors, and window frames. The work ranges from a single frame for a private customer to a full series for a large construction project. Your work has a direct impact on the finished product. The company has been running for over 43 years and has a small, close-knit team.

What you'll do

• Make wooden window and door frames based on technical drawings
• Work with various machine saws and carpentry tools
• Help with different carpentry tasks in the workshop
• Work on projects such as sliding doors, folding walls, renovations, and new construction

What we ask

• Experience in production or carpentry is a plus
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Accurate and willing to work

What we offer

• Salary from €2,600 to €3,200 gross per month, depending on experience
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.25 per kilometre
• Pension accrual through STIPP (a pension fund for temporary workers in the Netherlands)
• Good secondary employment conditions
• 25 vacation days (based on a 40-hour week)
• 13 ATV days (reduction-of-working-hours days, based on a 40-hour week)
• Real possibility of being taken on directly by the client on a permanent contract
