Order Picker

About the job

An international distribution centre in Oosterhout is looking for order pickers. You work in a team of around 80 colleagues. Together you make sure thousands of health, personal care and household products reach the stores on time.

What you'll do

• Pick orders using a voice-picking system (available in Dutch, English and Polish)
• Work with a pallet truck or EPT (electric pallet truck, training is provided on site)
• Stack and organise products on pallets for shipment
• Keep your work area and equipment clean and tidy

What we ask

• Good physical condition, the job involves a lot of walking, bending and lifting
• Good with numbers and accurate in your work
• You speak Dutch or English
• Willing to work in shifts and on Saturdays when needed
• Positive attitude and open to learning new things

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate €14.99 (youth rates may apply)
• Average work week of 28 to 35 hours
• Option to work extra hours during busy periods
• Two shifts: morning (06:00–14:00) and afternoon (14:00–22:00)
• 25% shift allowance for hours between 20:00 and 22:00
• 30% allowance for Saturday work
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre, from 10 km up to a maximum of 70 km
• Long-term position
• Possibility of a direct contract with the opdrachtgever (the client company you work for)
