Logistics worker / warehouse operative

About the job

As a logistics worker, you are a key link between logistics, stock management, and customer contact. You pick orders, help customers load materials, and keep the yard running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Pick and prepare orders at the collection centre
• Load vans, trailers, and trucks
• Advise customers on materials and their uses
• Restock shelves and keep the site tidy
• Work together with colleagues from the builders' merchant and dispatch departments

What we ask

• MBO-level education or equivalent way of thinking (MBO is Dutch secondary vocational education)
• A valid forklift certificate
• Experience with loading, unloading, or order picking
• A customer-friendly attitude and flexibility to work between 06:00 and 18:00

• Gross monthly salary of €2,700 to €3,400 based on 40 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience
• Employment conditions under the CAO Hibin (CAO is a Dutch collective labour agreement setting minimum terms for a sector)
