Warehouse Worker with Coordination

**About the job**

You work in a warehouse near Vaassen. You combine daily warehouse tasks with coordinating the team. You keep the logistics running smoothly and make sure goods are received and shipped correctly.

**What you'll do**

• Receive, register and check incoming and outgoing goods
• Coordinate daily logistics work in the warehouse
• Pick, check and prepare orders for shipment
• Make sure quality and safety rules are followed
• Support and motivate your colleagues on the floor

**What we ask**

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics role
• Valid forklift licence, or willing to get one quickly
• Good Dutch, both spoken and written

**Employment conditions**

• Full time, 40 hours a week
• Hours: mainly 08:00 to 16:30, occasionally an earlier start or an evening shift by agreement
• Gross salary: €2,700 to €3,500 per month, depending on experience
• Terms based on CAO (collective labour agreement) Metaal & Techniek
• Possibility of a permanent contract after a positive review
• Room to grow through training and courses
