Warehouse Worker

About the job

You work as a junior warehouse worker in a large distribution centre in Breda. Your job is to make sure shops get their stock on time. The work is physical. The warehouse is 14°C and you work in two shifts.

What you'll do

• Sort bottles and crates for deposit return
• Sort and process crates and packaging
• Make sure products end up in the right place
• Work with colleagues to keep the logistics process running smoothly and on time
• Work 36 hours a week in two shifts: morning shift 06:00–14:00 and afternoon/evening shift 14:00–22:00 (during busy periods the shift may end at 16:00 or 24:00)
• Work Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays

What we ask

• At least 21 years old
• Good physical condition and willing to do active work
• Flexible availability for both shifts (morning and afternoon)
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Basic English
• No experience needed, good physical condition is what matters

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate €14.99, rising to €15.21 after 288 hours worked
• 50% overtime supplement for hours above 144 in a 4-week period
• 100% supplement for work on public holidays that fall on working days
• Travel allowance €0.21 per kilometre, from 10.1 km (maximum 35 km one way)
