Warehouse Operative

About the job

As a warehouse operative, you are an important part of the logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that raw materials and products are received, processed, stored and delivered correctly and on time. You combine physical warehouse work with production and administrative tasks. You work with RF scanners and the SAP system, and you operate a reach truck.

What you'll do

• Receive, check, weigh and process raw materials and products
• Prepare and supply raw materials and products for production
• Replenish and manage raw material stock
• Pick, scan, check and register products according to quality requirements
• Load and unload goods
• Move and store materials safely using a reach truck
• Carry out administrative work related to warehouse operations and stock management

Working hours, 5-shift rotation

• Morning: 07:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night: 23:00 - 07:00

What we ask

• Flexibility and willingness to carry out different warehouse and production tasks
• Full availability and willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation
• Experience with a reach truck (if your certificate has expired, the client company can renew it)
• Good command of Dutch or English (minimum B2 level)
• Accuracy, a focus on safety and good physical fitness

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate of €21.10, excluding shift allowance
• 30% shift allowance on all hours worked, giving a gross monthly salary above €3,900
• 25 days of annual leave and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a mandatory Dutch bonus paid on top of your salary)
• Fixed annual bonus of 8.33% and an IKB (individual budget paid out flexibly)
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometre
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position if things go well
