Construction Assembly Worker

About the job

As a construction assembly worker in Almere, you take part in building new commercial properties. You work alongside experienced tradespeople, assemble components, and watch the building take shape. It is hands-on work where technical thinking and precision matter.

What you'll do

• You assemble components on commercial construction projects.
• You measure and check that parts fit correctly and are secured properly.
• You work with professional equipment and tools, following instructions from the site manager.
• You keep your work area tidy and work safely together with your colleagues.
• The assembly tasks you carry out depend on your experience and the stage of the project.

What we ask

• A hands-on approach and the ability to work with tools.
• Experience in assembly or construction is welcome but not required.
• Precision, a focus on safety, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certification for construction and industry) or willingness to obtain one.

What we offer

• €15.98 to €22.68 gross per hour, depending on experience.
• Employment conditions in line with the CAO Bouw & Infra (the Dutch collective labour agreement for construction and infrastructure).
