Assembly Worker

About the job

We are looking for an assembly worker for a client in Eindhoven, 40 hours a week. The client is a fast-growing international company focused on research and development of new technologies. They build advanced solutions for sectors like mobility, communication, aviation, and agriculture.

What you'll do

• Assemble technical components and finished products
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Use hand tools for assembly and adjustments
• Connect and check wiring where needed
• Spot and report deviations or assembly problems

What we ask

• Up to three years of experience in assembly or similar technical work
• Ability to read technical drawings and instructions
• Hands-on attitude with attention to quality and safety
• Good command of English

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate of €18.13 (including ADV, a Dutch scheme where extra hours are saved as paid time off)
• €150 gross per month towards health insurance costs
• Full-time, 40 hours a week
• Fixed hours from 08:00 to 17:00
• Travel allowance by car: €0.23 per kilometre, no distance limit
• Onboarding and support while learning the products, tools, and working methods
• A stable work environment focused on careful and safe production
• Good performance can lead to a direct contract with the client
