About the job
As a production worker in Aalten, you will take part in a specialist production process. Different powders are processed into a finished product. Your job is to weigh, mix and pack ingredients according to set recipes. This is physical work that requires precision and attention to detail. Experienced colleagues will guide you through a solid training programme. You will gradually get to know the machines, recipes and production procedures. As you gain experience, you will work more independently.
What you'll do
- Weigh ingredients according to set recipes
- Mix different powders using industrial mixers
- Prepare, handle and move raw materials
- Divide and pack finished mixtures
- Operate and monitor production machines
What we ask
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing for long periods and moving materials regularly
- Interest in technology and production machines
- Enough Dutch or English to understand work instructions and safety procedures
- Willing to learn new tasks and production techniques
- Happy to work in a small team
- Previous experience with powders is not required. The opdrachtgever (client company) provides full training
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary of €2,650 to €2,800 based on a 40-hour working week
- Fixed hours on a day shift
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-14:30
- Every Friday free from 14:30
