Production Worker Concrete Elements

About the job

You work in the production of prefabricated concrete elements. Together with your colleagues you build formwork, modify moulds and pour concrete. Your work helps keep the production process running smoothly and safely.

What you'll do

• Build formwork for concrete elements
• Modify and clean moulds
• Pour and finish concrete
• Check product quality
• Remove products from moulds
• Report ideas for improvements
• Work according to health and safety rules

What we ask

• Experience in a production environment
• Vocational training or an equivalent level of skills
• Good physical fitness and willingness to do physical work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Dutch or English language skills
• Proactive attitude towards improving processes
• Good communication skills

What we offer

• Salary from €2,650 to €3,100 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week)
• Minimum 25 days of annual leave
• Overtime compensation system (time off in exchange for extra hours worked)
• Annual bonus of 3.5%
• Pension contributions in line with the CAO (collective labour agreement) for prefabricated concrete
