We are looking for a production and logistics worker for a family-owned company in Poeldijk, starting February 2027. We need someone versatile who is ready to get to work and step in wherever needed in the production process.
What you'll do
- Prepare materials for painting and coating
- Help with various tasks on the production floor
- Pick and process products and materials
- Restock machines and workstations with new materials using a forklift
- Move materials around the site by forklift
Around 80% of your time is on the production floor, and 20% on the forklift. You work 40 hours a week on the day shift. Overtime is paid out every week.
What we ask
- Experience in production, or good manual skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Able to get to Poeldijk on your own, by car or e-bike
- No physical restrictions for manual work
- You work carefully and can work independently
- Good level of Dutch and English
- Forklift certificate or experience operating a forklift
- Polish or Bulgarian is a plus
What we offer
- Salary from €2,800 to €3,200 gross per month based on 40 hours a week
- Option to work around 10 extra hours per week in summer, which increases your monthly earnings considerably
- 25 days of holiday and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory annual bonus in the Netherlands)
- Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre
- Pension plan at 7.5%
