Production / Packaging Worker

About the job

As a production worker in the packaging department, you play an important role in the production process. You make sure products are packed correctly and checked before they are shipped to customers around the world. The work is at an international bakery products manufacturer. You work in a 3-shift rotation.

What you'll do

• Pack syrup waffles according to the applicable guidelines
• Carry out quality checks on products and packaging
• Spot and fix small faults on packaging machines
• Replenish packaging materials
• Keep the work area clean, safe and tidy
• Work with colleagues to meet the production plan

Shift times

• Morning shift: 07:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 - 07:00

What we ask

• Willing to work in a 3-shift rotation
• You speak Dutch or English
• Accurate and motivated
• Attention to quality and hygiene
• Able to work in a team
• Comfortable with physical work
• Experience in production or packaging is a plus

What we offer

• Salary from €3,060 to €3,300 gross per month, including shift allowance (based on 36 hours per week)
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one way
• Pension accrual from your first day
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid on top of your salary)
• Paid weekly or every four weeks
• Possibility of a permanent contract after good performance
