About the job

As a production and packing operative, you work with your team to keep the packing process running smoothly and efficiently. You work in a modern production environment where quality, safety and teamwork matter.

What you'll do

• Pack stroopwafels (Dutch caramel waffles) according to quality standards
• Carry out product quality checks
• Spot and fix minor faults on packing machines
• Replenish packing materials
• Keep your workstation clean, safe and tidy
• Work with colleagues to meet production targets

You work at an opdrachtgever (the client company) that is an industrial baker and a leading producer of biscuit and bakery products. Large quantities of stroopwafels are made there every day for the Dutch and international market.

Shift pattern, 3-shift rotation

• Morning shift: 07:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 - 07:00

What we ask

• Willing to work a 3-shift rotation
• Dutch or English language skills
• Accurate and motivated
• Good team player
• Attention to quality and hygiene
• Experience in production or packing is a plus

What we offer

• Salary between €3,060 and €3,300 gross per month, including shift allowance (based on 36 hours per week)
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one way
• Pension accrual from your first day

• 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory annual bonus paid on top of your salary)
• Paid weekly or every four weeks
