Production worker - glass panels
About the job
As a production worker at the client company in Venlo, you work on processing high-quality glass products, such as insulated glass units, in a modern and clean production environment. You work in a three-shift system, in an international team with a fixed shift supervisor as your contact person. You can develop skills across different workstations. German is also spoken on site. The facility is located directly at the B40/A67 motorway (Duisburg - Eindhoven) and is easily reachable from Nettetal, Kaldenkirchen, Brüggen, Viersen, Kempen and Mönchengladbach. You work full time, on average 38 hours per week in a three-shift rotation. Shifts rotate: morning (05:30-14:00), afternoon (14:00-22:30) and night (22:30-05:30). On Fridays the afternoon shift ends at 23:00. On Sunday evenings the night shift starts earlier because of machine start-up.
What you'll do
- Operate and set up production machines for optimal performance
- Process glass: including cutting and processing to specific specifications
- Bend aluminium profiles as part of producing high-quality finished products
- Carry out quality checks and verify that products meet standards
- Spot faults and proactively fix minor issues to reduce downtime

What we offer
- €19.58 gross per hour (including shift allowance)
- Fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment

- Travel cost reimbursement: €0.25 per kilometre (maximum 50 km one way)
