Production Worker (with path to Operator A)

About the job

You work in a technical production environment. There is a clear path to grow into the role of Operator A. This job is for people who like hands-on work, want to learn a trade, and build experience working directly with machines and installations.

What you'll do

• Support the production process on the shop floor
• Carry out work within the production facility
• Operate machines and installations, and learn how to set them up
• Assist with troubleshooting together with the technical department
• Work with a forklift, or get your forklift licence if you don't have one yet
• Do your work carefully, efficiently, and to the required quality standard
• Follow the applicable health, safety, and environment rules

What we ask

• A background or thinking level at MBO (Dutch secondary vocational education) standard, preferably in a technical direction
• Interest in technology and production processes
• Ambition to grow and move up
• Experience in a production environment is a plus
• Technical ability and willingness to learn how to operate and set up machines
• A valid forklift licence, or willingness to get one
• A proactive, accurate, and results-focused attitude at work
• Ability to keep an overview and respond quickly when needed
• A strong sense of responsibility when it comes to safety, health, and the environment

• Gross salary of €2,600 to €3,400 per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on experience, excluding shift allowance

• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory annual bonus of 8% of your gross salary)
• Annual bonus of 3.5%
