About the job

As a process operator, you work with a team to run a machine that supplies material to the rest of the factory. It is an important role. The whole plant depends on it running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Operate a production machine that supplies material to other departments
• Work as a group at one machine, together with a few colleagues
• Do the work carefully and precisely, paying attention to detail and preventing mistakes
• Stay active and focused on meeting targets and deadlines
• Keep production quality consistent, spot problems, and adapt to requirements
• Anticipate problems and recognise hidden defects
• Follow safety and housekeeping rules
• Run your tasks independently after the onboarding period

What we offer

• Base pay €15.82/h plus a 20.5% shift allowance, giving a total of €19.06/h
• Three-shift schedule: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00
• Weekly pay, from your first completed week
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre, up to 60 km per day
• Option to work overtime on Saturdays, paid at 150%
