Construction Site Manager

About the job

We are looking for a Construction Site Manager for residential construction projects in the Eindhoven and Rosmalen area. You are the central person on site. You make sure projects are completed safely, on time, and at the right quality level.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise work on site
• Make sure work is done safely and that health and safety rules are followed
• Keep track of the project schedule
• Manage subcontractors and workers on site
• Check the quality of the work
• Stay in contact with the opdrachtgever (client) and other parties involved in the project

What we ask

• Experience in residential construction
• Knowledge of construction processes and planning
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on site
• Completed technical education in construction
