Warehouse Manager / Dispatch Worker

About the job

This role combines logistics administration with hands-on work in the dispatch department. You are the link between production, dispatch, and transport. You make sure orders reach customers complete, correct, and on time.

What you'll do

• Create shipping lists, delivery notes, and CMR documents
• Monitor delivery deadlines and coordinate with drivers, carriers, and colleagues
• Handle logistics administration and update stock levels in the system
• Pack, check, prepare, and load orders and trucks
• Support daily dispatch operations directly on the warehouse floor

What we ask

• MBO 4 level of thinking or equivalent education
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or transport
• Experience with logistics administration, transport documents, and planning
• Forklift certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to combine office tasks with work on the warehouse floor

• Gross salary from €3,000 to €4,048.50 per month
• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days (ADV: extra days off as part of a reduced working hours scheme)
• Day shifts, Fridays ending at 14:30
