Field Service Technician

About the job

You carry out inspections, maintenance and repairs on power generators and electrical installations at customer sites across the Netherlands and sometimes abroad. You work independently and visit different locations, from industrial ports to hospitals and data centers.

What you'll do

• You do preventive and corrective maintenance on power generators at customer sites
• You find and fix faults in electrical installations, including control systems and controllers
• You build switchboards and install complex control cabinets
• You assess wear and faults in installation parts and, where possible, carry out additional work after consulting your supervisor
• You write reports for customers, and maintenance and measurement reports

What we ask

• Technical experience in electrical engineering or a related field
• Good Dutch and English, spoken and written (German is a plus)
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies at least four times a year
• A BE driving licence is a plus

Pay and conditions

• Salary from €4,000 to €4,400 gross per month based on full-time hours, depending on experience and knowledge
• 27 days of annual leave
