About the job
The client is a specialist metal company. They work with MIG/MAG and TIG welding for different industries. The workplace is clean and well organised. Projects range from small repairs to large steel structures. Depending on your experience, you work on your own or alongside an experienced colleague.
What you'll do
- Read technical drawings and set up machines
- Make, repair and modify structural parts by machine
- Weld using MIG, MAG and TIG methods
- Work with material from 1 to 6 mm sheet up to large structures
- Weld and assemble frames to specification
- Report directly to your supervisor
- Work together with colleagues on the production floor

- Experience with MIG, MAG and TIG welding
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- You care about consistent, high quality work
- You take initiative and pay attention to detail
- You are willing to share your knowledge with others
- Candidates without experience but with motivation to learn the trade are also welcome
What we offer
- Salary from €2,800 to €3,500 gross per month
- 25 days of holiday plus 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid on top of your salary)
