MIG/MAG Welder Offshore

About the job

As a MIG/MAG welder offshore, you do welding work on structures, pipelines and installations on platforms or ships. You work to high quality and safety standards, often in tough conditions.

What you'll do

• Welding with MIG/MAG methods on steel structures, pipelines and offshore installations
• Carrying out work according to technical documentation and quality standards
• Following safety procedures on platforms and ships
• Working with an international technical team
• Working 12-hour shifts during offshore rotations

What we ask

• Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding, preferably with certificates 135/136
• VCA VOL certificate (VCA is a Dutch safety certification system, VOL is the full version for operational staff)
• Offshore certificates: BOSIET/FOET and a current medical certificate
• Technical knowledge and safety awareness
• Willingness to work in rotations and spend longer periods offshore
