TIG Welder Stainless Steel Cleanroom

About the job

Do you want to work as a TIG welder in stainless steel and help build high-quality gas and liquid systems for the high-tech industry? In this role you work with precision in a cleanroom. You read technical drawings and turn them into structures used in the production of microchips. You work in Wijchen, in a team of about eight people. You pay attention to detail, work hands-on, and communicate clearly to make sure every part meets the strict technical and hygiene requirements.

What you'll do

• Assemble, tack, fix, and align stainless steel pipes, tubes, and box structures
• Read 3D drawings and translate them into precise welds with the right tolerances
• Form tubes before welding and carry out simple turning, milling, and sawing work
• Plan your work, track progress, and discuss results with your colleagues
• Work in a two-shift system: 06:00-14:30 or 14:30-23:00, alternating every week

What we ask

• 3 to 5 years of TIG welding experience, preferably in stainless steel or machine building
• A relevant qualification or course in TIG welding or stainless steel welding
• Experience reading technical drawings and a good technical sense
• Willing to work in a two-shift system and take responsibility for the end result
• Dutch or English language skills
• Living in the Netherlands with the right to work in the Netherlands

What we offer

• €2,850 to €4,500 gross per month based on full-time hours, depending on experience
• 17% shift allowance when working shifts
• 24 vacation days and 13 ADV days (ADV is a Dutch system of extra time off to reduce working hours, set by the CAO)
• ADV days can be paid out instead of taken as leave
