Reinforcement Welder

About the job

This job is for a reinforcement welder in the Gelderland region. You weld and assemble steel parts used in concrete structures. You work on a construction site or in a prefabrication plant.

What you'll do

• Weld reinforcement bars and steel mesh according to technical drawings
• Cut and bend reinforcement steel
• Assemble and place reinforcement in formwork
• Check the quality of welds and make sure the work matches the documentation
• Keep your workstation tidy and follow safety rules

What we ask

• Experience in welding, preferably with concrete reinforcement
• Ability to read technical drawings
• A welding certificate (MIG/MAG or electrode) is a plus
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for construction work) is a plus
• Category B driving licence
• Willing to work on location
