Warehouse Supervisor

About the job

You are fully responsible for a team of around 80 people. You manage 5 team leaders who handle the daily operation. You work 32 to 40 hours a week in the warehouse of a national technical wholesaler with multiple branches, based in Zevenbergen.

What you'll do

• You lead, coach and motivate the logistics team
• You oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing goods
• You make sure stock records are accurate and orders are picked correctly
• You monitor planning, capacity and deadlines
• You spot problems and put improvements in place
• You make sure safety rules and procedures are followed
• When needed, you work on the warehouse floor yourself

What we ask

• HBO (Dutch higher professional education) level, through a degree or work experience
• Experience in a management role in logistics
• Knowledge of logistics systems and processes
• Able to plan staffing and organise work ahead of time
• Clear communicator who can coach and motivate people

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary from €3,500 to €4,800 based on full-time hours
