Carpenter – service and maintenance

About the job

As a carpenter in the service and daily maintenance team, you carry out a range of jobs in occupied residential buildings. Every day you work directly at tenants' homes. You make sure requests are handled quickly and properly.

What you'll do

• Carry out service and maintenance work
• Repair damage and small building defects
• Replace and adjust doors, frames and fittings
• Spot additional defects and report them to your supervisor
• Communicate politely and professionally with tenants and clients

What we ask

• Experience as a carpenter or construction joiner, preferably in maintenance work
• Category B driving licence
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for working on job sites) or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work independently and a practical, problem-solving attitude
• Neat appearance and a customer-focused approach

• Salary from €2,900 to €3,900 per month, depending on experience
