Carpenter / Construction Joiner – Renovations and Maintenance

About the job

As a renovation and maintenance carpenter, you work on existing properties: homes and buildings. You fix things that residents use every day, and you do solid carpentry work that makes a real difference. You work in a close team with short lines of communication, both on your own and together with colleagues.

What you'll do

• Carry out carpentry work on renovations and ongoing maintenance
• Repair and replace doors, frames, and wooden parts
• Install partition walls and do finishing work
• Report defects and suggest practical solutions
• Hand over completed work carefully, with attention to the needs of residents

What we ask

• Around one to three years of experience as a carpenter or construction joiner
• Experience with renovations, maintenance, or repair work
• Able to work independently and to work well in a team
• Respectful towards homes, residents, and their belongings
• Willing to take on different tasks depending on the project
• Practical approach, a sense of responsibility, and attention to quality
• A construction background is welcome, but practical knowledge and attitude matter most

What we offer

• Salary up to €3,800 gross per month based on full-time hours, depending on knowledge and experience
• Choice of working week: 32, 36, or 40 hours
• Holiday days and possible ADV days (extra days off earned by working longer hours, common in Dutch construction) in line with the applicable rules
• Pension and other conditions in line with the opdrachtgever (client company) policy
• Support in finding the right fit and clear project agreements
