Service carpenter / building maintenance worker

About the job

As a service carpenter in Enschede, you work independently on repairs and maintenance of homes and properties in the Twente region. You solve a range of building problems and quickly restore comfort for residents.

What you'll do

• Carry out repair, maintenance and service work
• Repair and replace doors, door frames and carpentry parts
• Fix defects, leaks and building problems
• Plan service jobs, materials and daily tasks
• Contact with residents, clients (opdrachtgevers) and colleagues, and keep records

What we ask

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a carpenter or service carpenter
• A completed construction education or comparable practical experience
• Ability to work independently and explain solutions clearly
• Careful work planning and attention to quality and safety
• Category B driving licence and willingness to work in the Twente region

• Salary up to €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience and knowledge
• 32 to 40 hours per week
