About the job
As a team leader in cleaning, you coordinate and support the daily work of the cleaning department. You make sure the work gets done on time, meets quality standards, and follows safety procedures. You also keep your team on track. The role works on a two-shift schedule.
What you'll do
- Lead and support a team of cleaning staff
- Monitor the daily schedule and work output
- Make sure quality and safety standards are followed
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Carry out quality checks and act on any issues
- Spot ways to improve processes and put solutions in place
- Communicate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly
- Help with workforce planning and team development
What we ask
- At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in a production, logistics, cleaning, or cleanroom environment
- Experience managing schedules and overseeing daily operations
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean, 5S, or similar
- Accurate and careful working style, with attention to quality, safety, and hygiene rules
- Flexible and willing to work in a two-shift schedule
