3D Measurement Technician

About the job

As a 3D measurement technician you play a key role in dimensional inspection and product quality. You work in an environment where precision matters. The work is varied and requires independence and accuracy.

What you'll do

• Programme and carry out measurements on 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other measuring instruments
• Inspect products against specifications, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and document deviations clearly
• Discuss results with the production department, production engineering, and supervisors
• Write measurement reports and manage measurement data for analysis and quality improvement
• Help develop solutions and make decisions with attention to detail, production continuity, and customer expectations

What we ask

• Completed technical education at MBO 4 level (Dutch vocational qualification, roughly equivalent to a technical college diploma) in precision mechanics or mechanical engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical production environment
• Good knowledge of dimensioning and GD&T, and careful application of it
• Experience with machining, sheet metal work, and welding; knowledge of Zeiss/Calipso is a plus
• Good communication skills, an organised way of working, and willingness to work a two-shift schedule

What we offer

• Salary of €4,000 to €4,500 gross per month
• Annual profit share and a 20% shift allowance when working two shifts
