Field Service Technician (Coffee Machines)

## About the job

As a field service technician you keep coffee machines running properly at customer locations in your region. The work varies: you fix faults, carry out technical inspections, and advise customers. Before you start, you get an internal training so you are well prepared.

## What you'll do

• Fixing faults: you repair mechanical problems and small electrical faults in coffee machines.
• Carrying out inspections: you do periodic checks and maintenance according to SLA agreements.
• Supporting customers: you explain how to use the machines and answer questions.
• Keeping records: you log completed work and parts used in a digital system.
• Working as a team: you report to the engineer team coordinator and actively help look for improvements.

## What we ask

• MBO diploma in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Good command of Dutch. English and a VCA certificate (Dutch safety certification) are a plus.
• Category B driving licence.
• Available full-time and willing to work weekends.
• Knowledge of or interest in coffee machines.
• Solution-focused, accurate, and able to work in a team.

## What we offer

• Salary between €2,500 and €3,500 gross per month.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
