Maintenance Technician

About the job

As a maintenance technician, you are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising various technical installations at a waste processing facility. You work with both mechanical and electrical systems in a technically demanding environment.

What you'll do

• Carry out preventive inspections and corrective repairs on waste processing installations
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrotechnical faults
• Work on vehicle charging stations, fencing, and other technical equipment
• Analyse and diagnose faults
• Perform inspections and check-ups of machines and installations

What we ask

• Completed technical education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrotechnical systems
• A proactive attitude and a practical approach to problem-solving
