Field Service Technician

About the job

As a field service technician you work every day in the Den Haag region. You make sure clients can move around safely and independently. You service and repair personal mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment at the client's location. It is hands-on technical work with a people-facing side.

What you'll do

• Service and repair personal mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment at the client's location
• Inspect and assess the technical condition of equipment
• Carry out repairs and modifications within set time standards
• Record completed work and used materials digitally
• Advise clients and colleagues on the use and maintenance of equipment

What we ask

• MBO level 4 diploma (Dutch vocational qualification, secondary level) in a technical field
• Experience as a service engineer or field technician
• Up-to-date knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Client-focused and able to solve problems on the spot
• Willing to take part in on-call duty from time to time

What we offer

• Salary from €2,937 to €3,658 gross per month
• Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension
• 32 to 38 hours per week, full time
• 24 days annual leave and 13 ADV days (ADV: scheduled paid time off to reduce a 40-hour week) based on a 40-hour week
• Good pension plan through PMT, with the employer covering two thirds of the contribution
• 5 May off every year as a paid day and a standby bonus of €200 net
